Terms & Conditions
Upon payment of the deposit for your tour, Unique Journeys, LLC agrees to confirm arrangements as described in the itinerary. Final payment is due on the date indicated in your tour packet.
Cancellations received after the final payment date are subject to refund only if the reservation is able to be replaced or transferred. If air travel has been purchased, penalties are as outlined by the individual air carrier or carriers.
Cancellation, baggage, and health insurance coverage is encouraged.
Unique Journeys, LLC reserves the right to modify the tour or any part thereof due to circumstances where it is deemed appropriate.
Unique Journeys, LLC has no responsibility in whole or in part for any delays, delayed departure or arrival, missed carrier connections, loss, damage, or injury to person or property, mechanical defect, failure or negligence of any nature howsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or for any substitution of common carrier equipment beyond its control, with or without notice, or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby. No revisions of the printed itinerary or its included features are anticipated; however, the right is reserved to make changes, with or without notice, that might become necessary.
Baggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the trip, unless insured. The right is retained to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of the trip at any time. The airline and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are on board their conveyances.
The passage contract in use when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the company(ies) and the passenger and/or purchaser of this trip.
